Sleek Design for A New Game Experience
Southpaw was happy to assist Rainy Day Pickleball™ with this new board game idea and bringing it to life from the ground up. Blankenheim Services wrote the game and we collaborated for the overall playability, which was handed off to Southpaw for the visual identity and graphics for the game itself, marketing materials, and website.

Easy to Pick Up, Hard to Put Down.
Nobody likes to take the time to learn a new boardgame - especially when there are plenty of pieces and rules. It was imperative for the design on each piece to make the playing experience as smooth and easy as possible; a very play-as-you-go experience. This lead to the decision to include text of what happens after every card you pick up, to eliminate over explanation or the need to always pick up the rule book.
