Solution:

I’m happy to have worked with Detroit Grooming to give their visual identity a refresh, as well as update their packaging system with this new look & feel. The main problem we had to solve was to give a more masculine look with a bit of grunge. This would resonate more with the local Detroit origin, as well as spark curiosity to those not from the area.

The packaging carried through this rough-around-the-edges approach with hand-drawn illustrations that were inspired by the scents themselves. With keeping the organizational structure, the packaging has a consistent look and feel while still being unique to each specific scent.
